This is a piece I started sometime last year and finished on wednesday. It started out life as a bag but I decided it was much better as a wall hanging.

This spooky looking piece was made from 4 faces I'd made a couple of years ago from air drying clay and never got around to using for anything.

"The Seamstress"

This is a piece I made from a collection of objects from my "recycling box". It features a doll, some thread spools, a tape measure charm and a sewing machine charm.

I listed this piece on etsy today. It was freshly made yesterday from some patchworked textiles pieces and some fymo beads I made a while ago.

I made it a long time ago for a project called Cultural Plunder. My inspiration came from an Inuit seal-gut coat that can be seen in the Royal Albert Memorial Museum in Exeter, Devon.
